The Astros immediately saw success with the in-chat purchasing experience, as their assistant sold over 4,000 tickets during the 2022 season, generating about $232,000 in ticket sales.
This number simply measures the amount of tickets sold, but doesn’t account for the increased customer satisfaction from the digital interaction. Considering that 71% of tickets were sold on the day of the game, fans found convenience in a seamless solution that expedited their entry into the ballpark.
The Ticketing Assistant sold tickets throughout the entire ballpark, with the top three ticket-selling sections being the Outfield Deck, Field Box, and Dugout seats.
